Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Telecom BSS Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of BSS initiatives for real-time rating, charging, billing, and revenue management
• Develop and deploy AI models to automate product configuration, ordering, and billing workflows
• Build and maintain autonomous AI agents for service activation and fraud detection

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Telecom BSS with knowledge of telecom platforms and 4G/5G architecture
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for AI workflow development
• Experience with LLM APIs and vector databases
• Proficiency in SQL and data processing tools for AI readiness
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
