Telecom Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst will conduct user research, create detailed process flows, and translate business needs into automated solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and create PMO and FMO end-to-end process documentation
• Identify and document automation opportunities and facilitate stakeholder collaboration for process improvements
• Manage product backlog and ensure final designs meet business needs while supporting Agile planning and alignment across teams

Required qualifications

• BA/BS and 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery
• Experience in data gathering and analysis for application rationalization
• Proven ability to create development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
