Telecom Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst will conduct user research, create process documentation, and facilitate stakeholder collaboration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research to create PMO and FMO end-to-end process documentation
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to identify operational pain points and document automation opportunities
• Manage product backlog and prioritize new functionality requests while ensuring designs meet business needs

Required qualifications

• BA/BS and 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile methodologies
• Experience in data gathering and analysis for application rationalization and optimization decisions
• Proven ability to create development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in technical writing and collaboration/documentation tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Confluence)
