Telecom Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst will conduct user research, create detailed process flows, and translate business needs into automated solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research to create PMO and FMO end-to-end process documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and document automation opportunities
• Manage product backlog and prioritization, ensuring alignment with business needs and development readiness

Required qualifications

• BA/BS with 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile methodologies
• Proven experience in data gathering and analysis for application rationalization and optimization
• Expertise in creating development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in technical writing and collaboration/documentation tools such as Teams and SharePoint
