Telecom Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst will conduct user research, create detailed process flows, and gather requirements to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research to create PMO and FMO end-to-end process documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and transform them into cost-effective system improvements
• Document Feature and Epic level Business Requirements and Acceptance Criteria for development teams using standardized Scaled Agile Methodologies

Required qualifications

• BA/BS and 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery
• Experience in data gathering and analysis for application rationalization and optimization decisions
• Proven experience creating development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in technical writing to support business requirements and implementation strategies
