Telecom Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support operational improvements, the full-time Junior Telecom Business Analyst will conduct user research, create process documentation, gather requirements, and translate business needs into automated solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research to create PMO and FMO end-to-end process documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify and document automation and digitization opportunities
• Manage product backlog and ensure final designs meet business needs while minimizing complexity and cost

Required qualifications

• BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery
• Proven experience in data gathering and analysis for app rationalization and optimization
• Expertise in creating development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
