Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Manager Telecom/Managed Services Provider - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new TSDs and Trusted Advisors while building lasting relationships
  • Sales Strategy & Enablement: Develop regional channel strategies and provide ongoing partner support through training and joint initiatives
  • Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in telecom channel management, focusing on the TSD Channel or partner development
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Managed Voice, data, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud services, and connectivity services
  • Relationship Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain high-trust relationships with partners
  • Sales & Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated success in executing sales strategies and surpassing revenue targets
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM systems, channel management platforms, and analytics software
