Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Manager Telecom/Managed Services Provider - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new TSDs and Trusted Advisors while building lasting relationships
  • Sales Strategy & Enablement: Develop regional channel strategies and conduct product training sessions to support partners
  • Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in telecom channel management with a focus on the TSD Channel
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Managed Voice, data, SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud services
  • Relationship Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain high-trust relationships with partners
  • Sales & Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated success in executing sales strategies and surpassing revenue targets
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM systems and channel management platforms
