Telecom Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

As a critical member of the Regulatory & Tax Compliance Operations Team, the full-time remote Telecom Regulatory Compliance Specialist will prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports to federal and state agencies on behalf of telecommunications providers while ensuring timely and accurate filings.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned telecommunications clients regarding regulatory reporting
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary reporting information and ensure timely submissions
• Analyze financial and operational data to prepare and submit compliance filings to the FCC, PUCs, and other regulatory agencies

Required qualifications

• Combination of education and a minimum of 1 year of office experience in Accounting, Telecom Regulatory Compliance, Taxes, Telecommunications, or Utility Regulation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
• Strong time management skills and comfort with meeting strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
