Telecom Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

To support broadband and telecommunications initiatives, the full-time Telecom Regulatory Compliance Specialist will prepare, review, and submit regulatory compliance reports to federal and state agencies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned telecommunications clients regarding regulatory reporting
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary reporting information and ensure timely submissions
• Analyze financial and operational data to prepare and submit compliance filings to the FCC, PUCs, and other regulatory agencies

Required qualifications

• Combination of education and a minimum of 1 year of office experience in Accounting, Telecom Regulatory Compliance, Taxes, Telecommunications, or Utility Regulation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
• Strong time management skills and comfort with meeting strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
