Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Customer Success (Telecom Infrastructure/Network).

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the Customer Success strategy across the customer lifecycle
  • Own customer retention metrics and develop strategies for revenue growth
  • Build and lead a high-performing Customer Success organization
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years of telecommunications industry experience
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success or related roles
  • Experience managing recurring revenue portfolios and driving retention
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer lifecycle platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
