Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Customer Success strategy across the customer lifecycle
- Own customer retention metrics and develop strategies for revenue growth
- Build and lead a high-performing Customer Success organization
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, IT, or related field
- 10+ years of telecommunications industry experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success or related roles
- Experience managing recurring revenue portfolios and driving retention
- Familiarity with CRM and customer lifecycle platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
