Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disputes Analyst to manage telecom-related disputes and billing analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate telecom-related customer, vendor, or carrier disputes by reviewing relevant documentation
  • Analyze CABS invoices and access charges to determine dispute validity and financial impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and prepare detailed case summaries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Telecommunications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with CABS and telecom dispute knowledge
  • Experience with Telecom FCC tariffs, PUC tariffs, and contractual agreements
  • 2+ years of experience in dispute resolution or telecom billing analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools
