Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecom Engineer (remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain IVR scripts to ensure optimal customer experience
• Manage and maintain telephony systems, monitoring performance and ensuring reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement IVR solutions and provide technical support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in telephony systems administration, focusing on IVR scripting and development
• Proficiency in IVR platforms and telephony protocols
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex telecom issues
• Certifications in relevant telephony/telecom systems (preferred but not required)
