Telecom Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the Five9 contact center platform, the full-time contract-to-hire Telecom Engineer will maintain and optimize telecom systems, design call flows, and enhance customer experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize the Five9 contact center platform in a production environment
• Design and improve call flows, routing logic, and overall call center workflows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless telecom operations

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the Five9 contact center platform
• Expertise with Session Border Controllers (SBC), preferably AudioCodes
• Deep understanding of enterprise call center design and workflows
• Experience supporting large-scale call center environments (500+ agents preferred)
• Strong knowledge of telecom architecture, VoIP, and call routing technologies
