Telecom Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance customer experience in a remote environment, the full-time contract-to-hire Telecom Engineer will support, maintain, and optimize the Five9 contact center platform while designing call flows and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support and optimize the Five9 contact center platform in a production environment
• Design and improve call flows, routing logic, and overall call center workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice, call routing, and integrations

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the Five9 contact center platform
• Expertise with Session Border Controllers (SBC), preferably AudioCodes
• Deep understanding of enterprise call center design and operational standards
• Experience supporting large-scale call center environments (500+ agents preferred)
• Strong knowledge of telecom architecture, VoIP, and call routing technologies
