Telecom Engineer
Job Summary
Providing frontline support for NICE CXone and RingCentral platforms, the full-time remote Telecom Engineer will manage user accounts, resolve technical issues, and assist with call flow design while collaborating with senior engineers and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for telecom environments, addressing user access, call quality, and routing issues
- Provision and manage user accounts and system configurations, monitoring platform health and performance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system implementations and enhancements to improve service stability
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT or telecom support roles
- Hands-on experience with NICE CXone and RingCentral platforms
- Familiarity with IVRs, call routing, and basic telecom workflows
- Exposure to scripting or workflow tools, preferably CXone Studio
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
