Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecom Engineer II, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, and implement contact center telephony infrastructure and application projects
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and vendors to evaluate and propose innovative technologies and improvements
• Maintain expert-level understanding of telecommunications applications and data system integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Telecommunications, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in complex telecommunications environments
• Preferred training in NICE CXOne or CCNA-Collaboration
• Expert level technical expertise in NICE CXOne systems and telecommunications infrastructures
• Knowledge of WAN/LAN technologies and VoIP/SIP call routing protocols
