Telecom Expense Management Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Telecom Expense Management Analyst for a 12-month contract role, who will manage telecom financial operations including invoice auditing, inventory tracking, and budget forecasting, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Leased Circuit Strategy Initiative by analyzing inventory for cost-saving opportunities
• Conduct detailed reviews of telecom wireline invoices to identify billing inaccuracies and overcharges
• Maintain accurate telecom inventory tracking and generate reports on spending trends and cost-saving recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field, or 5+ years of TEM experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Telecom Expense Management or IT financial analysis
• High-level proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Power BI
• Familiarity with TEM software platforms (e.g., Tangoe, TEOCO, Sakon)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex telecom data to cross-functional teams
