• Act as primary field operations support for the ACD program team and manage key initiatives
• Maintain critical sales tools and manage operational excellence for the sales team
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for business decisions and facilitate partner onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in program management and field operations within Channel Sales
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to lead stakeholder calls
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively
• Strong understanding of complex operational workflows
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or telephony is preferred
