Telecom Inventory Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Inventory Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized telecom inventory and ensure data alignment with carrier records
• Support billing validation and manage contract expirations for all services
• Produce inventory reports and enforce telecom governance and inventory standards

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in TEM platforms or a related field
• BA degree or related work experience preferred
• Knowledge of telecom lifecycle (Voice & Data) and TEM systems
• Experience with inventory reconciliation and reporting tools (Excel)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
