Telecom Inventory Specialist
Job Summary
To support cost control and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Telecom Inventory Specialist will maintain accurate inventories of telecommunications assets and services, perform audits, validate expenses, and coordinate with carriers and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a centralized telecom inventory and ensure alignment with carrier records
- Support billing validation by ensuring invoices match active inventory and manage contract expirations
- Produce inventory reports and assist in onboarding and offboarding customer accounts
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in TEM platforms or a related field
- BA degree or related work experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of telecom lifecycle and TEM systems
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Experience with inventory reconciliation and data integrity management
