Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Telecom Observability Engineer to work remotely, who will monitor and escalate real-time core network issues, maintain optimal telecom network performance, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related challenges.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement observability strategies across distributed systems and maintain monitoring solutions using tools like Sevone and Grafana
- Develop automated alerting systems and create dashboards for real-time system visibility, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs
- Provide technical support to NOC engineers and develop training materials related to network performance metrics
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a telecom environment, specifically in L3 support or similar roles
- Expertise in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Basic proficiency in Python, Linux, and Bash
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
