Telecom Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecom Operations III professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support telecommunications infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving telecommunication issues
• Fulfill MAC orders and integrate newly acquired hospitals into telecom standards
• Coordinate service upgrades and ensure minimal business disruption during changes

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in telecommunications or a related IT field
• Experience in an IT Operations NOC or 2nd/3rd level Service Desk support environments
• Prior experience with telecommunications carriers or vendors in a technical support or operations capacity
• Relevant IT VoIP certifications preferred but not mandatory if experience is equivalent
