Key Responsibilities

• Identify improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance revenue, focusing on the GIS platform
• Develop project plans and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resource allocation
• Lead project teams, monitor progress, manage budgets, and maintain stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, Generator, or Data Center optimization
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, GIS, or related field; MBA preferred
• 3+ years of experience with ESRI products or knowledge of software development best practices
• Proven experience managing multiple projects with budgets exceeding $1M
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
