Telecom Optimization Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Optimization (Telecom).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase revenue, focusing on the GIS platform
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead project teams, monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, Generator, or Data Center optimization
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, GIS, or related field; MBA preferred
• 3+ years of experience using ESRI products and/or knowledge of software development best practices
• Proven experience managing multiple projects with budgets exceeding $1M
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
