Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Projects & Portfolio Delivery in the telecommunications domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation portfolios aligned with corporate strategy and digital priorities
• Drive execution, integration, and delivery of major programs within the portfolio
• Manage delivery flow across value streams, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and financial targets

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications project, program, or portfolio delivery at the Director level
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications delivery at the Senior Director level
• Proven experience delivering large-scale transformations across OSS/BSS, network, IT, or digital platforms
• Strong leadership experience within enterprise-scale, matrixed environments
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile (SAFe), traditional project management, and hybrid delivery models
