Job Summary

Managing the delivery approach for a complex telecom transformation project, the full-time Technical Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business objectives into structured plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into a structured delivery approach, defining workstreams, milestones, and governance
• Coordinate technical teams and manage risks and dependencies to maintain delivery alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate workshops and planning sessions to achieve stakeholder alignment and accelerate issue resolution

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience in telecom networks or digital infrastructure
• Experience in planning and mobilizing projects with evolving scopes and solutions
• Practical understanding of telecom and network infrastructure, with the ability to challenge technical designs
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly desirable
