Telecom Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the organization's Operation Support System for Netcracker, the full-time remote Telecom Project Manager will manage best practices, provide user support, and enhance network data quality through training and process standardization.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and promote Netcracker best practices and standard operating procedures
• Serve as a primary support resource for Netcracker users, guiding day-to-day operations and issue resolution
• Create and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing users to improve data quality and governance

Required qualifications:

• Deep understanding of telecommunications network inventory and circuit technologies
• Experience supporting OSS, inventory management, or telecommunication systems
• Ability to develop and deliver end-user training
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with process documentation and data governance
