Telecom Provisioning Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecom Provisioning & Transport Consultant (Ethernet / Voice / Off-Net).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end provisioning of telecom services across multiple carriers
• Coordinate order lifecycle: intake, validation, provisioning, testing, and activation
• Develop and customize IBM Maximo solutions and maintain integrations with external systems

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in telecom provisioning, transport, or service delivery
• 3+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience with OSS/BSS systems and service delivery lifecycle
• Solid networking fundamentals (IP, MPLS, VLANs)
