Telecom Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecom / IVR Quality Assurance Analyst or Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform IVR & Contact Routing software testing activities using various testing approaches
• Conduct functional, black-box, and user acceptance testing to ensure systems meet requirements
• Identify and reduce redundancies in testing efforts to enhance efficiency without losing effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology or related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or
• High school diploma/GED with technical training and 2 years of relevant experience, or
• High school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
