Telecom Roaming Expert

Job Summary

Owning the IPX, hubbing, and clearing-partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Telecom Roaming Expert will manage international roaming partner relationships, oversee technical coordination for new roaming relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations while driving business analytics for performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with international roaming partner operators throughout the lifecycle of agreements
• Coordinate the opening of new roaming relationships and oversee data exchange processes between operators
• Negotiate contracts and analyze roaming performance to define optimization strategies for tariffs and fraud management

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a roaming or wholesale roaming role within a mobile operator or hub/IPX provider
• In-depth knowledge of the international roaming business, including commercial models and tariff mechanisms
• Solid understanding of network architecture supporting roaming, including 2G/3G/4G/5G elements
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong analytical and coordination skills
• Availability for international travel and participation in industry events
