• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to create customer-specific solution proposals

• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the implementation and delivery cycle

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in developing and deploying BSS/OSS solutions in telecom environments
• Background in software development and program management preferred
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Broad knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS architectures and emerging trends
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
