• Conduct discovery, design future state architectures, evaluate vendors, and build solution recommendations
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and Solutions Management to ensure a high-quality technical experience for customers

Required Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in telecom, VAR, or managed services
• Domain experience in Voice Services, Data Services, and other related solutions
• Strong consultative and technical leadership skills
• Ability to explain complex environments in simple terms
• Experience in customer discovery and solution design
