Telecom Systems Administrator
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Telecom Systems Administrator for a remote, full-time position, responsible for managing in-house and hosted voice and video services, PSTN services, and telephony-related equipment while participating in an on-call rotation and working after hours as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support voice and video services, including troubleshooting and diagnostics of WAN/LAN/VoIP communications
- Coordinate with service providers for maintenance, upgrades, and repairs while ensuring compliance with security policies
- Assist with system patches, updates, and overall project execution related to network infrastructure changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Three years of experience in voice network administration
- Detailed knowledge of Cisco Call Manager and Unity
- Experience with call center applications and operations
- Ability to work on-call and during after-hours as needed
