Job Summary

A loan consolidation company has a current position open for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing insights into trends, market data, and team satisfaction/usage
  • Helping the leadership team make smart (and compliant!) decisions based on these insights
  • Focusing on compensation, benefits and leave administration

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be available to travel 5-10% of the year for team retreats, work-related meetings, conferences, etc
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, and leave administration
  • Experience working with a variety of compensation surveys/data and pay structures
  • Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand way
