Telecommunication Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecommunication Operator Communication Services, PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and respond to all phone calls, emergency calls, and alarms
• Operate a multi-function phone system and provide assistance to callers
• Process emergency calls and notify appropriate personnel during medical emergencies

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Nortel console and related equipment
• Experience in a medical/hospital environment
• High school diploma or GED
• One year of switchboard experience preferred
• Clear and concise speaking voice
