Telecommunications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Telecommunications Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and coordinate the installation of data and voice communications equipment
• Design networks and oversee voice network reconfiguration and billing reconciliations
• Provide team leadership and ensure appropriate network documentation exists

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field, with five years of relevant experience
• Alternatively, two years of experience in a related role may substitute for the degree requirement
• Five years of experience in Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP)
• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and related Cisco technologies
• Familiarity with Cisco's IOS operating systems and Telepresence Management Suite
