Telecommunications Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Telecommunications Analyst, the full-time position will design, implement, maintain, and support Cisco VoIP and unified communications systems while collaborating with various IT teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administrate and maintain all telecommunications, VoIP, and Cisco Unified Communications Suite
• Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot call quality issues to ensure a seamless user experience
• Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures

Required qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical field
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in network support or a closely related area
• Proven experience with Cisco collaboration technologies and VoIP infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of SIP protocols and network troubleshooting in enterprise environments
• Experience in executing system upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
