Job Summary
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Telecommunications Analyst, the full-time position will design, implement, maintain, and support Cisco VoIP and Unified Communications systems while working remotely and requiring candidates to reside in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, or Indiana.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain telecommunications systems, including Cisco VoIP and Unified Communications Suite
- Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot call quality issues to ensure seamless user experience
- Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures
Required qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical field
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in network support or a closely related area
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco collaboration technologies and VoIP infrastructure
- Experience with SIP, SCCP, H.323 protocols, and managing complex dial plans
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users
