Telecommunications Architecture Manager

Job Summary

Leading the redesign of enterprise trunking networks, the full-time Telecommunications Architecture Manager will optimize E911 infrastructure and drive modernization of Contact Centers through automation, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the redesign of telecom networks and optimize E911 infrastructure
• Oversee the migration of Cisco on-premise environments to cloud architecture
• Establish unified telecommunications standards across clinical tiers

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise telecommunications infrastructure
• Proven experience managing technical teams and fiscal year capital budgets
• Strong background in Avaya ecosystems and Cisco collaboration portfolios
