Telecommunications Business Process Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance telecommunications operations, the contract Business Process Consultant will analyze and optimize complex business processes using ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and document telecommunications business processes across service delivery and operations
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes
- Support the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow Telecom solutions, including TSOM, Telecom Inventory, and FSM
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role in the Telecommunications industry
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Telecom solutions, particularly TSOM, Telecom Inventory, and FSM
- Strong understanding of OSS and BSS concepts and processes
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications
- Familiarity with process modeling and business process optimization
