Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time salaried Telecommunications Engineer 2 will be responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining voice telecommunications systems remotely, ensuring optimal network performance and supporting disaster recovery efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the configuration, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications systems and services across assigned locations
- Oversee telephone moves, adds, and changes, including on-site installations and testing for connectivity
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues while developing project plans to ensure timely project completion
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant professional experience
- 5 years of telecommunications experience
- One certification (CCENT, CCNP, ACSS, ACIS, Nortel, Avaya ACSS, or equivalent) within 6 months of hire
