Telecommunications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecommunications Engineer specializing in Vulnerability, Patching, and Hardening.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on vulnerability remediation, device patching, and secure configuration hardening for video teleconferencing systems
• Execute device updates and coordinate with Field Services for on-site updates when necessary
• Maintain metrics for remediation efforts and support service level agreement reporting

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of direct, hands-on support for enterprise video teleconferencing platforms and endpoints
• Experience executing device updates and operational validation in production environments
• Hospital information technology experience is strongly preferred
• Certifications in vendor platforms or equivalent are desirable
