Telecommunications Engineer

Job Summary

To support operational excellence, the full-time Sr. Telecommunications Engineer will manage the day-to-day support and monitoring of telephony and contact center systems, integrating communication architectures and executing engineering projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and implements resource requirements for telephony systems and contact centers of moderate to high complexity
• Monitors system health, performs tuning, and recommends improvements for telephony and contact center systems
• Acts as an escalation point for major incidents and coordinates with leadership during crisis events

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a telecom engineering role
• Proficient in Microsoft Telephony and Dynamics Contact Center systems
• Strong understanding of data and voice communications equipment and protocols
• Experience in PBX/VoIP environments preferred
