Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecommunications / Fiber Legal Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of various agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Maintain compliance by monitoring laws and regulations and assisting with internal compliance programs
• Support litigation matters, including managing diligence and coordinating with outside counsel

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with bar admission or extensive relevant experience (5+ years)
• Proven ability in contracts, regulatory compliance, or litigation and dispute resolution
• Experience managing internal legal functions and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to research and analyze complex legal issues
• Prior experience in telecommunications or a related regulated industry is preferred
