Job Summary

Telecommunications Merit Reviewer is a contracted, full-time position responsible for evaluating applications to foster competition and innovation in the telecommunications sector, focusing on 5G supply chain improvements and consumer cost reductions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent merit reviews of applications based on established criteria
• Assess the technical value, quality, and likelihood of success of proposals in cloud, AI, and telecommunications
• Ensure impartiality and manage any potential conflicts of interest during the review process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of professional experience in relevant fields
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures and AI/ML engineering
• Knowledge of telecommunications standards and architectures
• US citizenship with the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
