Telecommunications Network Engineer

Job Summary

To support the design and development of call center solutions, the remote Telecommunications Network Engineer will lead Avaya Call Center projects, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Avaya Call Center systems, including IVR, call routing, and VDNs
• Produce high-quality technical and functional documentation, such as FRDs and workflow diagrams
• Participate in and/or lead discovery and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of related telecommunications/VoIP experience
• 2-3 years of experience with Avaya or Genesys platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js
• Experience with call center configuration and administration
