Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecommunications Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and respond to all phone calls, emergency calls, and oxygen alarms
• Process calls according to the situation and determine priority for dispatching security personnel
• Operate the Nortel console and provide in-house, long-range, and paging services for clinic caregivers and outside callers

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Nortel console and related equipment
• Knowledge of placing local, long distance, and overseas calls
• Demonstrated knowledge of CRT/PC operation
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Basic minimum 1 year of switchboard experience
