Telecommunications Planner

Job Summary

To support project scope and permitting requirements, the full-time Telecommunications Planner will prepare and submit permit applications, coordinate with various stakeholders, and conduct site reviews while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit permit applications for various agencies using data from field crews
• Coordinate with municipalities, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Conduct site and field data reviews to assess feasibility for network installations and service routes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, utility, construction, engineering, or electrical environments
• Strong understanding of municipal permitting processes and utility infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation tracking
