Telecommunications Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting network deployment and infrastructure projects, the full-time Telecommunications Project Coordinator will manage project tracking, facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, and assist with data validation in a remote/hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain accurate status updates
• Review project updates for completeness and escalate risks or delays
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams to ensure smooth project execution

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields
• Familiarity with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data
• Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
